29 Jan at THE GREEN ROOM starts 18:00

This is a can’t-miss for anyone with a passion for wine who is interested in broadening their knowledge through exploring the European varietals and styles lesser known to our local wine scene!

We are excited to be hosting Silvia from Divino in Vino (UK) at Grub & Vine in early 2019. Silvia (WSET Educator L1 & L2) is a native of Florence, Italy and the founder of Divino in Vino, a boutique wine service based in London which hosts tastings, workshops and bespoke wine events.

Silvia and Chef Matt Manning will be teaming up for three unique events – two wine workshops and one dinner – which can be booked individually or all together at a special package rate. Silvia is treating us to a selection of her favourite European wines, while sharing the history and the stories behind the label

Wine Workshop 2:
Different Shades of Colour

We will explore the varying shades of wine colour, from white to vivid orange and from light to deep red. Together, we will experience five European wines and unpack the factors that influence colour, with a particular focus on the characteristics of the grape skin, climate and the winemaking techniques.
