This is a can’t-miss for anyone with a passion for wine who is interested in broadening their knowledge through exploring the European varietals and styles lesser known to our local wine scene!

We are excited to be hosting Silvia from Divino in Vino (UK) at Grub & Vine in early 2019. Silvia (WSET Educator L1 & L2) is a native of Florence, Italy and the founder of Divino in Vino, a boutique wine service based in London which hosts tastings, workshops and bespoke wine events.

Silvia and Chef Matt Manning will be teaming up for three unique events – two wine workshops and one dinner – which can be booked individually or all together at a special package rate. Silvia is treating us to a selection of her favourite European wines, while sharing the history and the stories behind the label

The secret of harmonious food and wine pairing is enacted by a delicate balance and offsetting of key notes and ingredients, which heighten and enhance the flavours.

Enjoy an exquisite food and wine pairing, where local cuisine is married with European wines. Chef Matt Manning will present four courses plus canapés, which are paired with a corresponding wine by Silvia. - Silvia will explore how food influences and impacts wine and vice versa, creating a perfect balance between the two.
